Terms & Conditions
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Operator" means the legal or natural person(s), whether identified or not, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and administration of the Site under the domain casiny-aussie.com and the brand "Casiny". Where the underlying corporate details, licences, and addresses are not specified or are unverified, the term "Operator" still refers collectively to the party providing and controlling access to the Site.
- "Site" means the website located at https://casiny-aussie.com, including all subpages, content, reviews (including Casiny), and any related services made available through that domain.
- "User" means any person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Site, whether registered or unregistered. "You" and "your" are references to the User.
- "Player" means a User who chooses to register an account (if and where such functionality is offered), subscribe to newsletters, or otherwise actively participate in any interactive or account-based feature available on the Site.
- "Account" means a personal profile which may be created on the Site (if available), linked to a specific User and secured by login credentials, enabling the User to access certain features such as personalised content, saved favourites, or comment sections. For clarity, the Site does not itself provide real-money gambling accounts; any gambling or betting account is created directly with third-party operators.
- "Third-Party Casino" or "Third-Party Operator" means any online gambling website or service not owned or controlled by the Operator, including those referenced or reviewed under Casiny or elsewhere on the Site.
- "Bet", "Wager" or "Stake" mean any monetary or value-based risk placed by you with a Third-Party Casino on the outcome of a game, event, or other uncertain result. No bets or wagers are placed directly on or through the Site.
- "Bonus" means any promotional offer, such as free spins, matched deposits, cashback, or similar incentives, which may be advertised or described on the Site but is ultimately provided and administered by a Third-Party Casino under its own terms and conditions.
- "Content" means all text, graphics, reviews, guides, comparisons, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials made available on or through the Site.
- "Australian Law" means the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Australia, including state and territory laws and, in particular, relevant gambling laws such as the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and associated regulations.
- "Unverified Licence Information" refers to any statement on or related to the Site that a Third-Party Casino holds a licence in a jurisdiction such as Curaçao (for example, Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ or Gaming Curaçao 365/JAZ), where such information has not been independently verified by the Operator.
Account Registration
The Site may allow or in future introduce the possibility of creating an Account for enhanced user features. The following rules apply to any such registration:

- You are at least 18 years old; and
- Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation in Australia or in your place of residence.
- You acknowledge that online gambling services directed at Australian residents are highly restricted under Australian Law and that any decision to visit or play at Third-Party Casinos after reading Casiny or other content is made solely at your discretion and risk.

- User obligations
- You must ensure that all registration data and any information you provide are accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
- All activities carried out through your Account.

- You must not create an Account using false identity, on behalf of another person without authority, or for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- You must not attempt to circumvent age restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other technical protections implemented in light of Australian Law or other applicable regulations.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Site is an informational and review platform only. It does not facilitate or process real-money bets, wagers, or gameplay. However, because Casiny and other pages may describe or compare gambling products offered by Third-Party Casinos, the following clarifications apply:
- No betting on the Site
- You cannot place real-money bets or wagers directly through the Site.
- Any examples of minimum or maximum bets, bet types, or game rules provided in reviews are for informational purposes only, based on publicly available or Third-Party information at the time of writing.
- Third-Party rules prevail
- All actual bets, wagers, and gameplay occur exclusively on the relevant Third-Party Casino's platform and are governed by that operator's own terms and conditions, rules, and policies.
- If the rules displayed on a Third-Party Casino differ from informatThese Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at https://casiny-aussie.com (the "Site") and set out the conditions under which you may access and use the services and information provided by Casiny in relation to Casiny (the "Service"). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace any prior version published on the Site. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. These definitions are intended to ensure clarity and consistency throughout this document.
- "Operator" means the entity or entities responsible for owning, managing or otherwise operating the Site at casiny-aussie.com and providing information about Casiny, including any affiliates, contractors or authorised personnel acting on its behalf. Specific corporate registration details and addresses are currently not specified and may be updated on the Site.
- "Site" means the website located at https://casiny-aussie.com, including all pages, subpages, subdomains, content, functionality and services made available through it.
- "Service" means all informational, comparison, review and related services provided on or via the Site in connection with Casiny and other gambling products, including but not limited to written reviews, ratings, guides, links and promotional materials. The Service does not include the actual provision, operation or control of online gambling or betting facilities.
- "Casiny" means the online gambling brand referenced and reviewed on the Site. Any gambling or betting services offered under the Casiny brand are operated by a third-party operator that is separate from the Operator of this Site.
- "User", "you" or "your" means any natural person who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Site or Service, whether or not such person registers an account with any third-party gambling operator mentioned on the Site.
- "Player" means a User who, after leaving the Site, chooses to register an account and engage in gambling or betting activities with Casiny or any other third-party gambling operator referred to on the Site. Any such relationship is solely between the Player and the relevant gambling operator.
- "Content" means all information and materials made available on or through the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips, software, code, data compilations, reviews, ratings, instructions, FAQs, blog posts and other editorial content.
- "Bet" means any wager or stake placed by a Player with a third-party gambling operator (such as Casiny) on casino games, sports betting, or any other gambling product. For clarity, no Bets can be placed on or through casiny-aussie.com; all Bets occur on external sites.
- "Wager" has the same meaning as Bet and may be used interchangeably in these Terms when referring to gambling activity undertaken with third-party operators.
- "Bonus" means any promotion, incentive, free spins, matched deposit, cashback, loyalty reward or similar offer made available by Casiny or another third-party operator, whether or not such offers are described or advertised on the Site. The Operator does not itself grant or administer Bonuses.
- "Third-Party Operator" means any person or entity other than the Operator that owns or operates an online gambling platform, including the operator behind Casiny, which may claim to hold one or more gambling licences (for example, a Curacao licence). The Operator does not verify, control or guarantee the licensing status of Third-Party Operators.
- "Unverified Licence" means a licence status that is claimed by a Third-Party Operator (such as a Curacao master-licence number, including but not limited to Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ or Gaming Curacao 365/JAZ) but has not been independently verified by the Operator. Any such licence must be treated by Users as unverified for practical purposes.

- "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations and regulatory guidance relevant to the User's access and use of the Site, including, for Users located in Australia, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and associated legislation, as well as any foreign laws applicable to Third-Party Operators.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using offshore online gambling services, or certain types of gambling services, is restricted or illegal under local law, which may include Australia from the perspective of operators offering unlicensed online gambling to Australian residents.
Account Registration
The Site generally provides informational and review services and does not itself offer gambling accounts or hold player funds. However, some features (such as newsletters, personalised content or comment sections) may require you to register a user profile on the Site. The following terms apply to any such registration, and analogous principles should be considered when you register with Third-Party Operators such as Casiny.
Eligibility and age requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to engage with any gambling-related content. If the legal age for gambling or for entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age requirement.
- Australian Users: If you are located in Australia, you acknowledge that online gambling services offered by offshore operators to Australian residents may be illegal for the operator under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), even if your participation as a player is not a criminal offence. You must independently assess the legality of accessing any Third-Party Operator's services.
- Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not use the Site or any related services where doing so would be unlawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Operator does not permit use of the Site where it would violate Applicable Law.
Registration process on the Site
- Account creation: If the Site offers registration, you may be asked to provide a valid email address, create a password and supply basic profile details. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to maintain and promptly update such information as necessary.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by following a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email address you provided.
- KYC and identity checks: The Operator generally does not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for mere use of the review Service. However, Third-Party Operators such as Casiny routinely require KYC documentation (e.g., passport, ID card, proof of address, payment method verification) when you open an account with them or before processing withdrawals. You acknowledge that these requirements are controlled solely by the relevant Third-Party Operator.
User obligations and security
- Accuracy of data: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information you provide on the Site or to Third-Party Operators is truthful, accurate and not misleading. The Operator is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or falsified data provided by you to any third party.
- Password confidentiality: You must keep your Site account credentials (if any) confidential and not share them with others. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notification of compromise: You must promptly notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Site account or any breach of security.
- Single account: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not create more than one account on the Site. Creation of multiple accounts, impersonation or attempting to bypass restrictions may result in suspension or termination.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Site does not host or process Bets, Wagers, games or real-money gambling. Any betting or gameplay activities occur solely on the platforms of Third-Party Operators such as Casiny. The following clauses clarify your responsibilities and the limitations of the Operator in this context.
Relationship with Third-Party Operators
- No gambling operator role: The Operator of casiny-aussie.com does not operate an online casino or sportsbook and does not hold a gambling licence in Australia. Any references to claimed Curacao licences (e.g., "8048/JAZ" or "365/JAZ") relate to Third-Party Operators and are unverified by the Operator.
- Third-party terms apply: When you click through to Casiny or any other external gambling site, you become subject to that operator's terms and conditions, house rules, bonus rules and privacy policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before placing any Bet.
- No control over rules: The Operator has no control over and is not responsible for minimum/maximum bet limits, game rules, payout structures, bonus rules, voiding procedures or any other operational policies implemented by Third-Party Operators.
Bets, cancellations and modifications
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Bet sizes and any currency limitations are determined exclusively by the relevant Third-Party Operator. Information on the Site may be indicative only and subject to change without notice.
- Bet placement: A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted and confirmed by the Third-Party Operator's system. The Operator of this Site is not involved in the transaction and cannot view or modify your Bets.
- Cancellation and changes: Whether a Bet may be cancelled or modified after submission is governed solely by the Third-Party Operator's terms. The Operator of this Site cannot intervene in or reverse any Bet, nor can it guarantee that any request for cancellation or correction will be granted.
Conduct in live casino, chats and interactive features
- Respectful behaviour: Where the Site offers comment sections or other interactive features, you must behave respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not use the Site to facilitate cheating, collusion, match-fixing, advantage play through technical manipulation, or any other fraudulent behaviour in relation to any Third-Party Operator.
- No advertising or spamming: You may not use the Site to advertise unauthorised services, send spam, distribute malware, or solicit other Users for commercial purposes without the Operator's prior written consent.
- Moderation: The Operator may, at its discretion, remove any User-Generated Content, disable interactive features or suspend access where it reasonably suspects a breach of these rules or Applicable Law.
Bonus Terms
The Site may describe, compare or promote Bonuses and promotional offers made available by Casiny or other Third-Party Operators. The Operator does not issue or manage Bonuses and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy or fairness. The following provisions clarify how Bonus-related information on the Site should be understood.
Bonus information and activation
- Indicative nature: Any Bonus details provided on casiny-aussie.com (such as percentage matches, maximum amounts, free spins, promo codes, or eligibility conditions) are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current terms offered by the Third-Party Operator.
- Activation requirements: To activate a Bonus with Casiny or other Third-Party Operators, you will generally need to:
- Create an account directly with the Third-Party Operator;
- Meet minimum deposit requirements, if applicable;
- Enter a valid bonus or promo code if required; and
- Comply with any additional eligibility criteria (e.g., new players only, country restrictions).
Wagering requirements and timeframes
- Wagering obligations: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements which specify how many times the Bonus amount, deposit amount or combined total must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. The Operator does not set these requirements and cannot alter or waive them.
- Time limits: Bonuses typically come with expiry dates or timeframes (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be met. After expiry, remaining Bonus funds or associated winnings may be forfeited by the Third-Party Operator.
- Game weighting: Different games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. You must consult the Third-Party Operator's current Bonus terms to understand how wagering is calculated.
Prohibited games, actions and bonus abuse
- Restricted games: Certain games or bet types may be excluded from Bonus play or may contribute at a reduced rate. Examples may include low-risk bets, table games, or jackpots. These restrictions are controlled by the Third-Party Operator.
- Bonus abuse: Activities considered bonus abuse (such as opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players, placing minimal risk bets to clear wagering, or using false identification) can lead to confiscation of winnings and account closure by the Third-Party Operator.
- Site limitation: The Operator of casiny-aussie.com cannot be held liable for any decisions made by Third-Party Operators regarding Bonus eligibility, forfeiture, voiding of winnings or account sanctions.
Combining promotions and stacking
- Combination rules: Whether different Bonuses or promotions can be combined, stacked or claimed consecutively is determined solely by the Third-Party Operator's promotional terms.
- One offer per person: Many operators limit Bonuses to one per person, household, IP address or device. You must review those conditions on the external site before participating.
- No guarantee: The presence of a promotion on casiny-aussie.com does not guarantee that you will be eligible to receive it or that it will remain available at the time of registration or deposit.
Payments & Withdrawals
The Site does not process payments, hold customer funds, or issue refunds in relation to gambling activities. All deposits, withdrawals and payment disputes are handled directly between Players and Third-Party Operators, including Casiny. The following clauses explain the limitations of the Operator's role and outline typical industry practices for your reference.
Deposit and withdrawal methods
- Payment options: Third-Party Operators may offer various payment methods, including:
- Debit and credit cards;
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Bank transfers;
- Prepaid cards or vouchers; and
- Cryptocurrencies, where permitted by law and by the operator's policies.
- Country-specific restrictions: Availability of payment methods may depend on your country of residence, local banking rules and the Third-Party Operator's risk policies.
Limits, fees and processing times
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Third-Party Operator and, in some cases, by payment providers. Any limits mentioned on the Site are indicative and may change without notice.
- Fees: Third-Party Operators or payment providers may charge fees for deposits, withdrawals, currency conversion or inactivity. The Operator of this Site does not levy or receive such fees and is not responsible for their calculation or disclosure.
- Processing times: Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method, operator verification procedures and other factors. Delays do not give rise to any claim against the Operator of casiny-aussie.com.
Refunds, chargebacks and cancellation of transactions
- Refunds and reversals: Any decision to refund deposits, reverse transactions or reinstate cancelled Bets rests solely with the Third-Party Operator. The Operator cannot authorise or enforce refunds on your behalf.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or similar dispute with your payment provider may result in account closure, forfeiture of winnings or other penalties imposed by the Third-Party Operator. You are solely responsible for understanding these consequences.
- Bonuses and refunds: Refund policies may treat Bonus funds differently from real-money deposits. In many cases, Bonuses are non-refundable and may be forfeited upon withdrawal or account closure. These matters lie exclusively within the control of the Third-Party Operator.
Limitation of Liability
This section describes the extent of the Operator's responsibilities in relation to the Site and Service, and the ways in which its liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, particularly in Australia. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law (including certain consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
Operator's obligations
- Information accuracy: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Site, including reviews, ratings and descriptions of Third-Party Operators (such as Casiny), is accurate, up-to-date and presented fairly. However, gambling products, Bonuses and terms can change frequently, and the Operator cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete or current.
- Editorial independence: While the Operator may receive referral or advertising fees from some Third-Party Operators, it seeks to provide honest and balanced content. Any commercial relationships do not amount to an endorsement or warranty of those operators.
Exclusions of liability
- No responsibility for gambling outcomes: The Operator is not responsible for any losses, damages or claims arising from your gambling activities with any Third-Party Operator, including but not limited to losses of deposits, Bets, Wagers, Bonuses or winnings.
- Technical failures and interruptions: The Operator is not liable for any downtime, delays, interruptions, errors or defects in the Site's operation that are caused by:
- Internet or network failures;
- Hardware or software malfunctions;
- Third-party hosting issues; or
- Events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including force majeure.
- Third-party content and links: The Site may contain links to external websites, including those of Third-Party Operators. The Operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, security or privacy practices of such external sites and does not assume any duty to monitor or verify them.
- Unverified licensing claims: The Operator expressly disclaims any responsibility for the truthfulness or validity of licensing or regulatory claims made by Third-Party Operators, including any references to Curacao or other offshore jurisdictions. Users must treat such licences as unverified and conduct their own due diligence.
Limitation of damages
- Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or Service (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise) shall be limited to the lesser of:
- (a) the total amount, if any, actually paid by you to the Operator in connection with the use of the Site during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
- (b) AUD 100.
- Exclusion of indirect damages: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property Rights
This section clarifies the ownership of intellectual property rights in relation to the Site, the Service and the Content, and the limited licence granted to Users.
Ownership of content and software
- Operator's rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, layout, underlying software, source code and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Third-party rights: Logos, trademarks, trade names, images and other materials relating to Casiny and other Third-Party Operators are the property of their respective owners. The appearance of such materials on the Site does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or partnership beyond what is expressly stated.
Permitted use
- Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and Applicable Law.
- Restrictions: Without the Operator's prior written consent, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Site or Content, in whole or in part;
- Use any automated tools (including robots, spiders or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site, except as permitted by applicable law or by a publicly available robots.txt file;
- Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices on the Site.
Privacy & Data Protection
The Operator respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal data in accordance with Applicable Law and industry best practices.
- Privacy Policy reference: All collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data by the Operator in connection with the Site and Service is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site.
- Scope: The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, what categories of personal data may be collected, the purposes for which such data is processed, the legal bases for processing, the retention periods and your rights in relation to your personal data.
- Third-party data processing: When you visit or register with Third-Party Operators such as Casiny, those operators will process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. The Operator is not responsible for, and does not control, how Third-Party Operators process your data.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, industry practice, Site functionality or the Operator's business model.
Notification of updates
- Publication on Site: Updated Terms will be posted on https://casiny-aussie.com with an updated "effective date". You should check the Terms periodically for changes.
- Direct notifications: Where feasible and appropriate, the Operator may notify registered Users of material changes by email using the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent banner or pop-up notice on the Site.
Acceptance of changes
- Continued use: Your continued access to or use of the Site or Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
- Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and Service immediately. You may also contact the Operator at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
Termination & Suspension
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Service, in whole or in part, where it reasonably believes this is necessary to protect its legitimate interests or comply with Applicable Law.
Grounds for suspension or termination
- Breach of Terms: Any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, including misuse of Content, abusive behaviour, unauthorised access attempts or fraudulent activity, may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- Legal and regulatory obligations: The Operator may suspend or terminate access where required by law, by a regulatory authority or by court order, including where the provision of the Service to Users in a given jurisdiction becomes unlawful or restricted.
- Security and integrity: Where the Operator reasonably suspects that your account or use of the Site poses a security risk, is compromised, or may harm the Site, other Users or third parties, it may restrict or terminate access without prior notice.
Procedure and consequences
- Notice: Where practicable, the Operator will provide you with notice of suspension or termination by email or via on-site messaging, explaining (in general terms) the reasons for such action.
- Effect on Site account: If your Site account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to certain features, preferences or stored data. The Operator has no obligation to maintain or provide you with a copy of any data associated with your account, except as required by law.
- No effect on Third-Party Operator accounts: Termination or suspension of your access to casiny-aussie.com does not automatically affect your accounts with Casiny or other Third-Party Operators. Any closure or refund of funds held with such operators is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This section clarifies the law that governs these Terms and the mechanisms available for resolving disputes between you and the Operator.
Applicable law
- Governing law: Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be excluded, these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Local mandatory rights: If you are a consumer residing outside Australia, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. These Terms do not affect your rights under such mandatory laws.
Dispute resolution
- Initial contact: If you have any complaint or dispute in relation to the Site or Service, you should first contact the Operator using the contact details set out below, providing a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.
- Negotiation: The parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation within a reasonable period (typically 30 days) after the Operator acknowledges receipt of your complaint.
- Court jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. This means that you and the Operator may bring proceedings in Australia, but nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of another country where you have that right under Applicable Law.
- Alternative dispute resolution: Where available and appropriate, the parties may agree to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, such as mediation or arbitration, but no party is obliged to accept ADR unless required by Applicable Law or agreed in writing.
